The visitation with friends and family will be held from 6:30 - 8:00 PM Monday, with services scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday, both in the Garden Chapel of Watson Reflection Pointe, with the Rev. Jonathan Hollis, Colonial Heights Assembly of God, officiating. Burial will be held at 3:00 PM in Neodesha, KS. Victor was born on August 15, 1945, in Wichita, KS, to Virgil and Mary (King) Street. He was a member of the Mvskoke (Creek) and Loyal Shawnee Tribes. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Susie, children, Victoria (Cordell) Whitetree, Victor (Danielle) Jr., Carl (Kim) Maxson, Jr., all of Wichita, Cherylyn (Mike) Straubmuller, Sewell, NJ, sister, Mary Street, Hitchita, OK, Irene (John) Pohl, Wichita, KS, parents, Virgil and Mary Street, of Hitchita, OK, 10 Grandchildren.
