Charles E. Means

Means, Charles Edward "Chuck", age 68, served 20 years in the US Air Force and retired as a TSgt in 1978, then went on to retire as a Supervisor for the Kansas Turnpike Authority in 2004. He went home to be with the Lord on 22 May, 2007. Born on 4 October, 1938 in Charleston West Virginia, he has left behind his wife Barbara of 47 years. He is also survived by his daughters, Debra (Brett) Dillon, Alicia (Troy) Frackman, all of Mulvane, Elizabeth (Richard) Champagne, of Wichita, sons, Timothy (Kim) Means, of Derby, Russell (Sandy) Means, of Wichita, brother, Paul (Frances) Means, Havelock, North Carolina, sisters, Pat (Carol) Steele, Goldsboro, North Carolina, Janice (Sam) Curry, of Charleston, West Virginia, 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The visitation with family and friends will be held from 6 - 8 PM Thursday, in the Garden Chapel of Watson Reflection Pointe, with services scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, May 25, 2007, at Countryside Christian Church.
