Survived by loving wife, Dolores "Dee"; sons, Stanley P. (Amanda) Smith, of Douglasville, GA, Ronald E. (Kathy) Smith of Lake Oswego, OR, T. Douglas Smith of KC, MO, Brian L. Smith of Osage Beach, MO; 2 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; step-sons, Gregory P. Payne, Leslie M.C. (Belinda) Payne; 5 step grandchildren; 1 step great granddaughter.
