Smith, J D, age 80, retired Boeing Tool and Die Maker and Horseshoer, passed away December 4, 2011. The visitation with family present will be from 6 - 8 PM Tuesday, with services at 11:00 AM Wednesday, both at Watson Funeral Home, 3201 S. Webb, Wichita, KS. J.D. is survived by his loving family, his wife of 46 years Yvonne, sons Randy (Paula) Smith, Wichita, Shane (Amy) Smith, Derby, daughter, Jenny (Curt) Howard, Derby, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, brother, Joe "Corky Smith, AR, sister, Maggie Philpott, AR.
