Thao, Lou, age 99, passed away Feb. 26, 2012. Survived by her daughter, Bao Xiong, 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren. Rosary will be 8 PM tonight at Watson Funeral Home, 3201 S. Webb Road. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM Saturday, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
