Hoelscher, Olga L., age 96, retired Cotton Gin farmer/operator, formerly of San Angelo, TX, passed away Friday, September 28, 2007. Olga was born on September 10, 1911, in Runnels County, TX, to B. J. and Amalia (Matthiesen) Niehues. She married A. J. Hoelscher and together they ranched and operated a cotton gin and irrigation farm. She was preceded in death by her husband, brother and sisters, and her daughter, Joyce West. She is survived by her son, David Hoelscher, of Kerrville, TX, son-in-law, Barry (Kathy) West, of Wichita, grandchildren, Lesley (Mark) Hayter, Amy (Bryan) Cameron, J. Clayton, Luke and Laura Hoelscher, great-grandchildren, Kaitlin and Kiera Hayter, Ty and Morgan Cameron. The Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday, Johnson Funeral Home, San Angelo, TX, with the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM Thursday, at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Watson Reflection Point is in charge of local arrangements.
