Giesy, Everett Earl, age 79, retired Ritchie Brothers maintenance foreman and aircraft worker, went to help the Lord in his garage on November 16, 2007. A visitation with the family present will be from 6 – 8 PM Monday, with services scheduled for 11:00 AM Tuesday, both in the Garden Chapel of Watson Reflection Pointe, 3201 S. Webb Road. Born February 11, 1928 to Edith and Earl Giesy. Raised on a farm in Burlington, KS, then joined the military in 1946 and shipped out on the Admiral Hughes as part of the 556th Engr. Sv. Bn. He moved to Wichita in 1950. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Violet May (Coffman), daughter, Joyce Kay (Kent) Morgan, of Atwood, KS, their son, Austin Morgan, of Wichita, Son, Les James (Cynthia) Giesy, their children, Crystal (Kenny) McKibben, Jason and Ryan Giesy, son, Bobby Earl (Diane) Giesy, their children, Nikki and Ryley Giesy, son, Terry Dean (Cherise) Giesy, their sons, Joshua and Chad Giesy, sister, Audra Faye Weeks, of Topeka, brother, Bob Giesy, of Topeka.
