Engels, Alice T., age 78, homemaker and farmer, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2005. Visitation will be Monday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in the Garden Chapel of Watson Funeral Home. The Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM, at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, Andover. The Funeral Mass is scheduled for Tuesday, 10:00 AM, at the church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph F. Engels, in 1985, and her brother, Andrew Bohrer. Survived by her children: Linda & (Paul) Jabara, Wichita, James & (Linda) Engels, Marshall, WI, Ronald & (Stacy) Engels, Wichita, Jerry Engels, Derby, Patrick & (Beth) Engels, Derby, Loretta & (Bret) Johnston, Wichita, Michael & (Shannon) Engels, Greensboro, NC, siblings, Sister Mary Jane Bohrer, Wichita, James Bohrer, Zenda, KS, David Bohrer, Kingman, KS, Paul Bohrer, Alva, OK, John Bohrer, Joliet, IL. 18 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Victory In The Valley or an account has been established at Rose Hill State Bank for the Alice T. Engels Memorial Fund.
