Survivors, Sons, Greg (Mary Jo) of Republic, MO, Brian (Linda) of Santa Rosa, CA, and Ted (Carole) of Wichita, Daughters, Jeanine Stateler of California, Cindy Murrill and John Burghardt of Topeka, KS, and Janell Flickenger and Dennis Rogers of Centuria, WI.
