Willard, Herbert M., age 93, former Bright's Grill owner in Ft. Scott, KS and Boeing tool maker, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013. The visitation will be from 6 - 8 PM Thursday, at Watson Reflection Pointe, 3201 S. Webb, Wichita. Funeral services will be at 1:30 PM Friday, at Grace Baptist Tabernacle, 502 S. Margrave, Ft. Scott, KS. Preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Virginia Flo. Survived by his loving family, son, H. Marshall (Twila) Willard, of Ft. Worth, TX, daughters, Judy Warrior and her husband Ron Kocher, of Bedford, TX, Rosemary (Jim) Martin, of Wichita, 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
