Trotnic, Henry, age 89, ret. from Boeing after 36 years, passed away Sept. 10, 2014, his 61st wedding anniversary, due to complications from a stroke. The visitation with the family present will be from 6 - 8 PM Friday, at Watson Funeral Home, 3201 S. Webb Rd, with graveside services Saturday, 2:00 PM, Calvary Cemetery, 620 S. Vassar. Survived by his loving family, wife, Norma Jean, daughter, Joyce Kraus and her husband, Dennis of Wichita, his grandson Michael Kraus, sister, Bertha Woicik, Charlotte, NC, brother-in-law, Dr. Paul A. Kral, JR and his wife Karen, Mt. Vernon, MO, many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Helena (Kovach) Trotnic, 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Henry was born on January 1, 1925, in West Mineral, KS. He was a WW II US Army Air Force veteran and throughout his employment, Henry invested much of his time in the development of the B-47, B-52 bombers and the 737. He was also a member of All Saints Catholic Church. He spent the last 4 years of his life at Deseret Health Care Center where he received loving, dedicated, competent care.
