Kozaka, John, 84, passed away Friday, March 10, 2006. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 18, at Grace Community Church, 1600 S. Anderson, Newton, KS. Survived by his daughter and her husband, Michelle and Don Ruebke, of Newton, daughters, Christina Nicodemus, Hesston, Sandra Roby, Derby, Rhonda Carra, Wichita, sister, Katherine Russeau, Rhode Island.
