Gormley, Mark Bowman, 57, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 4, 2009 after a long battle with cancer. Mark was born April 18, 1951, in Ashtabula, OH. He was a retired Marketing VP from Communications Technology Associates. Mark was a kind, thoughtful and generous man who was always quick to lend a hand to a friend in need. He enjoyed woodworking, home renovations, traveling to see his grandchildren and socializing with close friends. Mark had a real zest for life and lived every moment to the fullest. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul E. H. and Beulah B. (Bartlett) Gormley. Mark is survived by his wife, Kay, son, Ryan (Jessica) Gormley, daughter, Jennifer (Quincy) Smith, grandchildren Caitlyn, Paige and Alistair, brothers, David, Jon ( Janelle) Gormley and sister, Mary Beth (Steve) Sailor, nephew, Sean Gormley, nieces, Melissa and Stacy Sailor. Celebration of Mark’s Life will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, at Watson Reflection Pointe, 3201 S. Webb Road. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 N.
