Noel E. Shurtz, Beechcraft DECAS, 82, passed away Monday, February 29, 2016. Private family services will be held in Beloit, KS. He was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene in 2011. Noel is survived by his children, Anthony (Donna) Shurtz of Derby, KS, Julie Shurtz of Augusta, KS, and Denise Dwyer of Frisco, TX; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
