Vaughn Dagel

Dagel, M. Vaughn, 81, retired Cessna Aircraft tooling department employee, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2006. A visitation with the family will be held from 6 - 8 PM Wednesday, with services scheduled for 1:00 PM Thursday, both in the Garden Chapel of Watson Funeral Home. The graveside will follow at the Rose Hill Cemetery, with Military Honors and the Northstar Masonic Lodge presiding. Mr. Dagel was very active at various Wichita Senior Centers, where he enjoyed playing cards and dancing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessa and Ruth Dagel, wife, Virginia Carr, son Michael Dagel, brother, Wilmer Dagel. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy, of Wichita, his son, Stan & Liz Dagel, of Douglass, KS, Todd & Nicole Glidewell, of Scranton, PA, step-children, Donna & Steve Standley, Patricia & Greg Upshaw, John & Karen Isbell, all of Wichita, brother, Gene Dagel, of Seguin, TX, grandchildren, CaRessa Dockens & husband Shadrick, great grandchildren, Austin, McKenzie, Chase and Riley, other grandchildren, Seth & Dane Swearengin, Ashley, Jared, Joshua, Amy and Michael, and his little shadow, Pistol.
