Walker, Oneida, 92, left a loving family on August 7, 2009 to be with Jesus and the love of her life, husband O. D. She was born April 14, 1917, to Leonard and Bessie (Walsh) Clements in Mt. Calm, TX. She attended China Spring Schools. She and O. D. wed November 3, 1934 and were married 66 years at the time of his death, November 2000. The resided in Wortham Bend and China Spring, TX until October 1997, when they moved to Nebraska to be near family. She moved to Derby, KS in 2003. She was employed by China Spring Schools for 27 years. She leaves behind 3 daughters, Nelda (Dave) Wagner, Sioux Falls, SD, Virginia Kinkade, Derby, KS, Norma (Tom) Walker-French, Wichita, sister, Lessie Kirch, Englewood, FL, sister-in-law, Adene Clements, El Paso, TX,6 grandchildren, Johnny (Lisa) Ashley, Jeffry (Charlotte) Martin, Jean Ann (Dale) Keel, Rod (Marlene) Barnes, Robin (Dan) Groskurth, Misti (Ramon) Renteria, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. The visitation with the family present will be from 2 - 4 PM Sunday, (today). Services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, at Cedar Pointe Baptist Church, 9221 E. 31st St. South. The visitation in Waco, TX will be at the Lakeshore Funeral Home, Wednesday, from 6 - 8 PM, with graveside services at 11:00 AM Thursday, at the China Spring, TX cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bill Barger, Charles Ferguson, Bill Grube, Monte Grayson, Ray Phillips and Dave Wagner or Tom French. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Cedar Pointe Baptist Church.
