Janet Staats

Staats, Violet "Janet" (Nordstedt), 75, homemaker, went to be with her Lord, Tuesday, May 2, 2006. A visitation will be held from 7-8 PM Thursday in Watson's Garden Chapel with funeral services scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday at First Pentecostal Church, 1755 E. MacArthur Rd., where she was an active member of the Church. Preceding her in death were her parents, Harvey and Alma (Pochen) Nordstedt, and her brother, Harvey D. Nordstedt. She is survived by her beloved husband Floyd B. Staats, daughter, Cindy Y. De Anda, Overland Park, KS, sisters, Donna Schulte, Wichita, Inez Garcia, Garden Grove, CA, grandchildren, Tony Scarpelli, Danielle, Rachael, and Christian De Anda, and a special brother and sister in the Lord, Reverend Arley and Kay Forsyth.
