David “Dave” Davis, 69, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 after a lengthy illness. Dave was born January 16, 1948 to Bermond and Marguerite (Benoit) Davis in Wichita, KS. Dave retired as the sales manager from Saturn of Wichita. He was a sports enthusiast and a diehard WSU Shocker fan. Dave enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Pat Hunn, John Davis, and Jan Davis. Dave is survived by his wife of 20 years, Pam Davis; children, Brandon Davis and Rodney Boyles; siblings, Donna Bonvechio, Beverly (Jim) Hunter, and Steve (LeeAnna) Davis; 5 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and black labs, Bonnie and Clyde. Memorial service: 3 pm, Friday, February 3, 2017 at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
