Jerold "Jerry" Lee Shook

Jerold "Jerry" Lee Shook, 72, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017. He was born October 13, 1944 to James Harold and Wilma Irene (Prichard) Shook in Wichita, KS. Jerry was a US Navy Vietnam War Veteran and retired from Boeing as a Machinist in 2005 after 27 years of service. After retirement, he went to work for Enterprise where he worked as a driver. Jerry enjoyed learning Tae Kwon Do and was a member of the GWRRA Motorcycle Club and American Legion Riders Post 136. He was preceded in death by his parents; and step-father, Theron Crozier. Jerry is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda Shook; children, Theresa (Kelly) Lowe, Sandi (Mike) Peck, Jennifer (Greg) Elting, Ken (Shelly) Meikle, Mike (Georgia) Shook; siblings, Larry D. Shook and Teena Marie McCopline; 14 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.   Memorial Service: 2 pm, Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210. Interment to follow at Reflection Pointe Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
