Kathleen M. Lydon

Lydon, Kathleen M. age 44, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2010, with her family by her side. The visitation with the family present will be from 6 - 8 PM Tuesday, with services scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday, both in the Garden Chapel of Watson Reflection Pointe, 3201 S. Webb Road. Kathy has been employed with the State of Kansas for many years, holding various positions, most recently as a SRS Senior Administrative Assistant. She is survived by her loving family: parents, Sharon and Jerry Engle, sister, Sheryl Lydon (Steve Taylor), brother, Mike Lydon (Tammy Tompkins), all of Wichita, grandmother, Vada McFerrin, of Springdale, AR, niece, Rachael Lydon, nephews, Michael Crownhart, Kevin Beck and Victor Lydon, dear friend Lisa McCaffree, of Wichita, and Kathy's Boxer and companion, Brando. A special thanks to Dr. Mattar, Cancer Center of Kansas and the Oncology nurses, St. Francis; in particular Arch. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Victory in the Valley, 3755 E.
