"Jackie" Jaqueline Kay Alvarez

Alvarez, Jaqueline K. “Jackie”, 46, owner and operator of Clever Cuts and Style beauty salon, 2429 N. Arkansas Ave., Wichita, died September 19, 2006. A visitation with the family is scheduled from 6:00-8:00 pm Today with funeral services at 10:00 Friday, both in Watson’s Garden Chapel. Burial will follow at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Fall River, KS. Jackie was a loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She was a member of Douglass 1st Baptist Church. Survivors include her beloved husband, Gumersindo; cherished children, Chloe, Lucas, Gabriella, and Rebecca all of the home; sister, Jane Schneider, Garden City, KS; mother, Norma Jones; maternal grandmother, Bessie Hine, both of Fall River, KS; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Marcel and Diane Alvarez, Douglass; special friends, Kathy, Tracy, and Margaret.
