Beverly A. Brooker

Beverly A. Brooker, 79, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018.  She was born March 30, 1939 to Willie and June (Griffin) Nease in Cowley County, KS.  Beverly retired from Boeing then worked part-time for Dillons until her illness.  She enjoyed woodworking and painting.  Beverly loved spending time with her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roy Wayne Brooker in 2004; and sisters, Glenda Niccum and Norma Rhodes.  Beverly is survived by her children, Roger (Janet) Mears, Charles Mears, Janice Achey, Brian Mears, and Fred Mears; sister, Willa Wiley; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.  Visitation: Friday, October 19, 2018, from 5 to 8 pm.  Funeral: 2 pm, Saturday, October 20, 2018, both at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.  Interment to follow at Star Valley Cemetery near Udall, KS.  Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 2872 N Ridge Rd #122, Wichita, KS 67205.
