Cynthia Starr

Cynthia Starr, 62, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022. She was born April 19, 1959 to Lester Rowley and Nancy (Baker) Chociej in Baltimore, MD.

Cynthia worked as a hairdresser for 35 years and the aircraft industry for 10 years. She loved making arts and crafts, especially jewelry.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Cynthia is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert Starr; children, James Starr and Shane (Allie) Starr; siblings, Leslie (Don) Empie, Howard Rowley, Trish Spohn, and Greg Rowley; and 7 grandchildren.

Memorial Service: 10 am, Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210. Inurnment to follow at Reflection Pointe Cemetery.
