Glen A. Campbell

Glen A. Campbell, 90, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2024.   He was born July 1, 1933 to Paul and Pearl (Leise) Campbell in Independence, MO.  

Glen started as an argonomist and then became a Community of Christ minister for the rest of his working life.  He and his wife, Vivian, lived and worked for the church in Washington, Alaska, Michigan, Montana, Oklahoma, and western Canada.  After retiring, they returned to their hometown of Lamoni, IA.  

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Campbell; foster-brother, Jim Peterson; and nephew, Willie Campbell.  Glen is survived by his wife of 71 years, Vivian; children, John (Betty) Campbell and Aaron (Michele) Campbell; and grandsons, Brooks (Anya) Foxen and Hunter (Lindsey Morris) Campbell. 

A memorial service will take place at a later date.
