James "Jim" "J.R." Greenfield

James "Jim" "J.R." Greenfield, 87, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021. He was born April 17, 1934 to Eugene and Ella (Thomas) Greenfield in Batesville, AR.

Jim worked at Cessna for 41 years. He enjoyed gardening and woodworking. Jim was a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Douglass.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 53 years, Mary Jo Greenfield in 2005; and son, Martin Greenfield in 2010. James is survived by his sons, pastor Larry (Debbie) Greenfield and Ricky (Debbie) Greenfield; grandchildren, Jason, Trisha, Larissa, Kaci, Robert, Jeremy, and Danielle; and great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Braxton, Josie, Jase, Ellie, Kyiowa, Adriana, Gavin, Alexis, Jenna, Benjamin, and Valerie.

Visitation: Monday, November 1, 2021, from 3 to 8 pm. Funeral: 1 pm, Tuesday, November 2, 2021, both at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
