He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Bounelay Bouphasouth. Joe is survived by his children, Alison Bouphasouth, Alisa Bouphasouth, and Allen Bouphasouth; siblings, Chanta Sensanith, Keomany Phommachanh, and Rosalie Ngaolouanglath.
Visitation: Thursday, December 26, 2024 and Friday, December 27, 2024, from 3 to 6 pm. Traditional Buddhist Service: 1 pm, Saturday, December 28, 2024, all at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
