Khampha Darabouthirath

Khampha Darabouthirath, 90, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021. He was born on October 1, 1930 to Chanla and Boutda Darabouthirath in Khamthong, Laos.

Khampha was a devoted father of 7 who worked hard to give his family a good life. He was passionate about spending time with his family and never missed a chance to party. He enjoyed socializing, fishing, listening to music, and giving hugs and kisses to his grandchildren. He loved everyone and was loved by so many. He will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Chanla and Boutda Darabouthirath. 

Khampha is survived by his wife, Khaysy; children, Anna (Tom) Pham, Keneta (Phothisa) Vongtheva, Elisa (Jerry) Darabouthirath-Mattox, Marissa Darabouthirath, Karen (Tony) Atterbury, Karol (Salvador) Darabouthirath-Vargas, Kelly Darabouthirath; 16 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

A private Traditional Buddhist Service will take place at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
