Linda Compton

Linda A. Compton, 77, of Wichita, KS, passed away on April 14, 2022 after a sudden illness.

Linda was born on April 10th, 1945 to Allen and Emma Reimer in Allentown, PA . Linda dedicated her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Linda excelled at supporting her family through the many passions and difficulties of their lives.  She made it her mission to improve the lives of others.  We will miss her greatly. 

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Emma and Allen Reimer and Sister, Carol Zellner. She is survived by Daughters Gina (Brian) Hall, Joni Newell, Kristine (David) Wiklund, Mia (Steven) Gerig and Son Robby (Kamela) Compton. Sisters, Lorraine Wasko, Sally Snyder, Susan (Dan) Obert-thorn, Brothers, Edward Reimer, Chuck Reimer, and Rick (Marion) Reimer. Grandchildren, Lindsey (James) Williams, Kelsey King, Dylan King, Logan Wiedenkeller, Lee Wiedenkeller, Austin (Sierra) Hanson, Moriah Wiklund, Gage Compton, Gabryelle Compton and Gentry Compton.  Great Grandchildren, Logan Diel, Britlee Holtem, Ellanor Williams, and Ensley Wiedenkeller . She had many nieces, nephews and friends that she adored  and a very special group of caring and kind people within the Facebook community. 

The family requests in Lieu of flowers, donations be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202. 

There will be a Memorial Service Thursday, April 21st, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS.
