Livia Elaine Harvey, 30, loving mother, sister, and friend, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017. She was born June 10, 1986 in Wichita, KS. She was preceded in death by her mother, Roann Harvey. Livia is survived by her children, Luke Rogge, Jr., Landon Rogge, and Lilianna Halbrook; father, Levi Harvey; siblings, Timothy Bock, Heather (David) Newsom, Melissa (David) Flesch, and Jana (Alex Tracy) Harvey; several nieces and a nephew. Memorial Service: 2 pm, Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
