Paula Showalter

Paula J. Showalter, 86, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2023.  She was born May 28, 1937 to Elvin and Lela Kitch in Hutchinson, KS.  

Paula loved traveling, slot machines, dancing, and laughing.  Most of all she loved spending time with her dogs and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Troy Meier; sister, Sheila Kitch; and brother-in-law, Richard Millspaugh.  Paula is survived by her husband of 46 years, Patrick Showalter; children, Mark (Loretta) Meier, Bryan Meier, and Marcia (Michael) Pedersen; and daughter-in-law, Kristi Meier; sisters, Andrea Millspaugh, Vicki Runella; brother, Rick (Cynde) Kitch; and sister-in-law, Myrna Arb; grandchildren, Ashley Meier, Joshua (Heather) Meier, Lauren (Sean) McLaughlin, Stan (Jennie) Meier, Nikki Martinez, Tori Meier and Matthew Pedersen; great-grandchildren, Cameron Meier, Landyn Meier, Grace McLaughlin, Molly McLaughlin, Nathaniel Meier, Layla Meier, Izaiah Jackson, Ivy Jackson, Josiah Catchings, Jaysa Catchings, Aliyah Meier; great-great grandchild, Iris Jackson; and numerous fury four-legged friends.
