Phen Ven

Phen Ven, 76, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022. He was born October 1, 1945 in Prey Veng Province, Cambodia.

Phen retired from ADM Milling. He loved fishing, playing horseshoes, tending to his garden, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; children, Vity Ven and Oun Ven; parents-in-law, Phon Ing and Thorng Pork; brothers-in-law, Va Ing and Kheun Ing; and nephew, Billy Ing.

Phen is survived by his wife of 52 years, Vet Nget; children, Vorn (Nimul Men) Ven, Savoeun (Lucas) Morgan, and Charley Ven; grandchildren, Alexis, Amaya, Tyler, Nash, and Layla; siblings-in-law, Khom Ing, Lindsay Et Ing, Ngorl Ing, and Maliss Nourn Mech; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Thursday, January 20, 2022, from 1 to 5 pm and Friday, January 21, 2022 from 9 am to 5 pm. Traditional Buddhist Service: 1 pm, Saturday, January 22, 2022, all at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
