Ronald D. Jackson

Ronald D. Jackson, 82, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025. He was born July 17, 1942 to Harold and Lois (Compton) Jackson in Wichita, KS.

Ronald will be remembered for his generous heart. He was very athletic in his younger years and played football for WSU. Ronald was an restauranteur before working at Boeing as a buyer. He spent most of his time listening to music, reading, and watching football. He was a devoted member of Countryside Christian Church and his faith was very important to him. One of Ronald's greatest pleasures in life was spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and several close friends. Ronald is survived by his children, Darren (Tatiana) Smith, Vincent (Judi Anne) Smith, Katie (Rick) Fitzer, and Nicholas Jackson; grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Jules Smith, Autumn Charbonneau, Trinity Aguayo, Payton Douglas, and Jaxson Douglas; brothers, Duane (Pat) Jackson, Keenan Jackson, Galen (Sue) Jackson, and Kelly (Malyn) Jackson; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation: Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 4 to 7 pm at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210. Funeral: 10 am, Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Countryside Christian Church, 1919 S. Rock Rd., Wichita, KS 67207. Interment to follow at White Chapel Cemetery at 2 pm.
