Tan My Phu, 91, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2024. He was born January 3, 1933 to Bau Phu and Tham Dang in Rach Gia, Vietnam.
Tan worked as an inspector at Rose America for 9 years and then retired.
Tan is survived by his wife, Tam Hoang; children, Tien (Thang Hua) Phu, Truc (Thai Dinh) Phu, and Trang (Dung Nguyen) Phu; granddaughters, Minh Thu and Eilene Nguyen; and siblings, Le Phu and family in Canada, Lang Phu in Vietnam, Minh Phu and family in Wichita, and Hoa Phu and family in Vietnam.
Visitation: Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday, July 14, 2024 from 9 am to 4 pm. Traditional Buddhist Service: 4 pm, Sunday, July 14, 2024, all at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
