Vinh is survived by his wife of 39 years, Xi Thi Le; children Vivian Pham, Giang Le, Long Le, and Sha Le; and grandkids; Khanh Vy Nguyen, Mai Caraveo and Mateo Caraveo.

Visitation: Friday, January 5, 2024, from 8 am to 6 pm. Traditional Buddhist Service: 8 am, Saturday, January 6, 2024, both at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
